anyway my life isnt all that exciting as the last blogg may indicate... i do have some life... anyway last friday there was this thing here for all the exchange students in this city (somewhere around 4500 of them)... first a guided tour through the old city and then some cocktail event at the mayors. at first i couldnt stop laughing, being the ironic bastard that i am, becaus on my way to the rendez-vous point for the guided tour i saw a lot, and i mean a LOT of students all over the place with the invitation in there hand asking some pour inocent person for directions, everywhere i looked this was happening, so natturally i just hid my invitation and followed those who had managed to get the right directions. anyway that was one of those "had-to-be-there" moments. also seeing all those people milling around like stupid little goats (sorry emil, smart beautifull goats) waiting for something to happen. anyways to make a long story short the guided tour was rather boring, though there were a few interesting point in it, and the thing at the mayors was REAAAAAAAALLY boring, speaches from the hungarian ambassador (!) and the amercian consul and bla bla bla, boff! but it got a little better when i decided to be patriotic, took out my hipflask and started drinking wodka straight... then it got better. anyway, ended up in another campus eating chicken with some spanish exchange students and some french kids (one of which looked and acted exactly like a person i know in iceland), drank some more wodka and a lot of bear, managed to insult some polish girl that was there as well, cursed a finnish girl that was there in a number of really fun ways (those phrases i learnt at bifrost did well), spoke a lot of swedish with the finnished girl (swedish-finn) and yeah... took the bus downtown, sang a lot on the way, some french songs i already knew and some that i didnt and got suckered in to sing "rangur madur" as well...

its been a long long loooooong time since i've had a hangover that big, slept til five in the afternoon...
